Why We Love It
The town of Eugene, which began with humble roots as a simple trading post, has evolved into an outdoor and art mecca. The city takes pride in its designation as one of the most bike and pedestrian-friendly cities, its scenic outdoor murals, and, of course, its University of Oregon Ducks. With its close proximity to Willamette Valley Wine Country, there's a good opportunity to experience the regions ever-popular Pinot Noir. Oh, and be sure to check-out Voodoo Donuts - this needs no further explanation.
