Why We Love It
Kelowna, whose name is derived from the Okanagan language for "grizzly bear", sits at the north end of the Sonora Desert and resides in Okanagan Valley's wine country. It is a family-friendly city that balances a relaxing lifestyle with active outdoor adventure. It is known for its fruit and flower orchards, Okanagan Lake, its many golf courses, and, of course, its vineyards.
